David Middlemas joined Harvis as Director of Business Development in August 2024, bringing over 34 years of extensive experience in property finance. In his role, David is responsible for the primary origination, structuring, and asset management within Harvis Finance, the firm's private lending division in the commercial real estate sector. His expertise spans financing mid-market and large-scale property developers and owners, helping fund investment, development, land banking, and subdivision projects.

Prior to joining Harvis, David spent 15 successful years as a Senior Property Banker at NAB, along with significant tenures at St George Bank and Challenge Bank. His deep understanding of the property sector and strong, long-standing relationships with clients in the Perth market have made him a trusted advisor in the industry.

David's exceptional knowledge of the property finance landscape and his commitment to delivering customized financial solutions align perfectly with Harvis' mission to drive value and long-term success for clients.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
