Acquisition of strategic lithium project

Harvis has acquired 100% of the Strelley Lithium Project in the Mallina Basin, Pilbara region, Western Australia.

The Strelley Lithium Project is located in a highly prospective region known for its proximity to world-class lithium deposits, including Pilgangoora, Wodgina and the recently discovered Tabba Tabba (ASX:WC8 – see Harvis led transaction). The project is underpinned by early-stage exploration results identifying a significant lithium pegmatite target and is situated a mere 50kms from Port Hedland with access to the Pilbara’s world class mining infrastructure.

Harvis’ strategy is to complete detailed lithium exploration at Strelley, leveraging the region’s potential and the company’s and our geology partner’s exploration expertise. The goal is to position the project to benefit from the expected lithium price recovery, driven by growing demand from electric vehicles (EVs), solid-state batteries, and home energy storage solutions. Harvis aims to unlock significant value through the use of modern exploration techniques and strategic project development.

This acquisition aligns with Harvis' commitment to capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the critical minerals sector, with a focus on maximizing returns as lithium demand strengthens globally.
